asum GmbH offers free tenant counseling for all tenants in Berlin.
We work on behalf of the Berlin districts and provide advice on
topics such as rent increases, utility bills, modernization
or pre-purchase.
We provide advice at various locations in person and also by telephone.
In individual cases, advice can be given in writing. Consultation in
English is possible. For other languages we try to find a solution.
